We’re committed to delivering quality and satisfaction with every Swojas watch. While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
When Should You Contact Us?
While rare, if any of the following occurs, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order:
- The product was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us clear photographs and Video of the product and packaging to verify the issue.
We’ll review your case and provide a solution within 3 working days.
Return & Refund Policy
You may return your Swojas watch within 7 days of delivery. Kindly note:
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
- After our quality check, please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original method of payment.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Delivery address

Swojas Watches- Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund on your watch, please ensure the following:
- If your watch arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you'll need an unboxing video to claim a refund.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- You must return the watch within 7 days of receiving your package.
- The watch must be unworn and unopened.
- The Price Tag shouldn't be separate from Watch. it should be tagged with watch.
- All watch returns must include the original box in its original condition.
- If your order came with any free gifts, they must be returned too. If not, the cost of the unreturned gifts will be deducted from your refund.
- Freebie products or discounted items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the watch is being returned due to damage or malfunction.
- If our delivery partner doesn't offer pickup in your area, you'll need to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost.
- Returns received after 7 days or those that don't meet these standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.
- If we receive a used, damaged, or empty box, the return will be rejected.
- If you claim you’ve returned a product and we haven’t received it, you’ll need to provide proof of delivery.
- Pack the item securely (use original Swojas packaging if possible). If returned without the box, ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
